Mike Rybak

Michael Rybak is the President of Fisher Sales and Engineering. He began his career as a machinery dealer in 2000 buying and selling used steel processing machinery worldwide. Mike earned a B.S degree in Industrial Distribution from Eastern Michigan University in 1994. Work as a sales professional with demonstrated ability in selling big steel processing machines to companies around the world, with proven ability to recommend appropriate machines to handle solutions that meets engineering and business needs of our customers. Fisher Sales and Engineering is dedicated to establishing long term relationships, built on trust, knowledge of manufacturing process, product applications, and engineering approach.

Nikita Babintsev
Vice President 

Nikita Babintsev is the Vice President of Business Development at Fisher Sales and Engineering. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Adrian College. After 2 years of working in the automotive industry, he decided to take on a new challenge and join Fisher Sales and Engineering. Nikita possesses strong communication skills with an ability to think outside of the box to find appropriate solutions for customers needs. Elevating client experience through email marketing, frequent interactions, and day to day updates. Building long lasting customer relationships through exceptional work ethic and dedication is one of his strong suits.
